You don’t need any coding knowledge to edit content of Adventz theme. We developed Adventz in a very simple and user friendly way and one can edit most of the things from WordPress customizer and Elementor.

Yes, we do provide PAID customization service. We can design/ develop your site based on the designs provided with Adventz. We’re also open to provide you a completely unique design for your site.

No this is not a RTL theme.

Yes, Adventz is a fully translatable theme, so you can use polylang or wpml to translate the theme.

We recommend using WordPress recommended hosting – https://wordpress.org/hosting for better performance. However, you can see any hosting of your choice and make sure to have below settings

• PHP Version: 7.0 or greater
• MySQL Version: 5.6 or greater
• upload_max_filesize = 64M
• memory_limit = 256M
• max_input_var = 3000
• max_execution_time 300
• allow_url_fopen ON
• Make sure admin-ajax.php is not blocked by your hosting. This is important to import demo designs.

Import might NOT work correctly in WordPress.com and WpEngine hosting where they restrict plugin installation even from WordPress repository such as Unyson and Duplicator.

Also your hosting must have cUrl enabled and wp-ajax.php unblocked.

Demo import or theme activation might not work on localhost, standalone ip or domain with out SSL. Our server’s firewall would reject any non-ssl request. So please try theme activation and import on a real domain or sub-domain.

Our refund criteria is aligned with https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy . We don’t provide any refund for your hosting related issue. As a buyer, you need to ensure you use standard hosting suitable for running WordPress site.  We have tested our theme on 30 top web hosting providers and found there is no issue. You need to test theme and demo import on a real hosting. In Localhost, theme performance can be slower than real hosting as localhost is meant for testing only and doesn’t have exact same hosting environment and capability of a web hosting environment.
